Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49.
- Standard — $4.95, arrives in 3–7 business days.
- Express — $12, arrives in 1–2 business days.
Processing time
We dispatch within one business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next working day. You'll get tracking by email the moment the label is scanned.
Where we ship
We ship to [list your destination countries]. Delivery estimates exclude customs processing, which is outside our control.
Duties and import taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These are set by your government and are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email support@blincsync.comand we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement. You don't need to chase the courier yourself.
Incorrect addresses
We can change an address before dispatch — contact us quickly. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied, a redelivery may incur a further shipping charge.
